Outstanding service and location but the elevator is so small (3-4 people without luggage) and only 1 was working, so it took 20 min for me just to go down. I was told by other visitors that they’ve been there several times and they never had both elevators working. Other than that, price and service was real good. I’d comeback again.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The decor was also top notch! Loved having the shuttle to take us into Pike Place. There was only one elevator working when we stayed, no turndown service and room service food was just alright. It’s a great place to stay but if you are looking for a true 5 star experience I’d say this just misses the mark for those reasons.

Great little inn that was accessible via multiple bus stops and near the lite rail. Within walking distance of the Space Needle. The staff were friendly and helpful and although we arrive very early to drop out bags they had a room awaiting us. We did have to wait about 5 minutes for the elevator but then we never used it again because they have three staircases that were really clean, carpeted, and well lit. We would stay here again for sure!

Level of kindness and hospitality was exceptional. Rooms were very quiet, clean and well-maintained. Overall a wonderful stay.

Totally solid hotel in Downtown Seattle, conveniently located within walking distance of both Pike Place Market, and the light rail for convenient travel to other neighborhoods. Staff is super nice and helpful — literally my only complaints are the nightmare elevator situation — too slow and, at 3, too few for such a busy hotel! — and the fact that the water pressure in my room was a little dicey most days. But those two things shouldn’t prevent you from staying there — more of a “heads up” before you go. Everything else about this spot is solid, especially for the price. Super clean & well kept.
